Monthly Pass

Hi.  I just paid £30.99 for a monthly pass in order to watch TNT Sports.  When clicking on the channel I am taken to Discovery Plus, and am then asked for my log in data again which is not recognised.  I've paid the money, all I want is access to the sports channels.  Any ideas?

How long ago did you pay for it? It should normally be available within a few minutes, but can sometimes take a few hours to activate.
Email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk with the BT ID you used to buy the pass, and I can check the progress.
