Hi,
I registered for BT sport monthly pass this afternoon.
Th4 £25 was taken from my account but I haven't received an email confirmation and when I log into myBT I can’t see the monthly pass anywhere, and the app says there isn't a Sports pass associated with the account.
Could anyone advise?
