I have signed up for BT TV and have had confirmation that my Now TV account is available; however when I try to create a password my email address is not recognised.
I can see in the forum that others have had this problem, but the answer always seems to be sent via private message.
If anyone can provide further information i'd appreciate it.

Hi, @holdris welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry you're experiencing problems activating your Now TV subscription are you using your BT ID when trying to create the password?

thanks for coming back to me.
I am using the default email address that BT hold for me.
This is the same email as the Now email address that was in the confirmation email BT sent me to advise my Now account had been created.
