I've recently installed the new BT Sport App on my TV but am having issues watching any sport. I am constantly getting error message VC011D and I'm not able to watch it.
It's not my WIFI as I get 300+ MBPS.
Any ideas?
On the Android TV app, error codes VC011D and VC019 mean the same thing - a very unhelpful generic error meaning the player failed to start.
I'm on holiday this week so can't check straight away, but if you send me a DM with your BT ID, I can take a look at the exact cause of failure next week.
In the meantime, it's worth rebooting your internet router and any WiFi repeaters you may be using.
