Purchased £20 Sport Package - but can not watch

Hi,

I purchased the rolling £20 per month sport package yesterday and I thought I could watch online within 15 mins? I have activated Discovery plus and can watch the other channels ok, but when I try watching any sports it asks me to upgrade my package? Any ideas active?

Hi @grahampb,

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't been able to watch TNT Sport. If you look at your order in your My BT is it showing as completed?

If you already had discovery+ activated you might need to log out of the app and back in for the TNT Sport to start working.

I logged in and out and still nothing, but it does not say completed on the order tracker? But it did say ready to view on the app in 15 mins.

Hi @grahampb,

Thank you for posting back. I'm sorry thank hasn't worked. 

I would suggest calling BT on 0330 1234 150 and they'll be able to get this investigated.
