Removing TNT Sports from account

Go to solution

Hi,

I've recently lost my job, and I need to downgrade my package.

As I haven't watched TNT Sports in over a year, I wish to cancel/remove it from my products.

Has anyone does this? Could you advise me on how to do the same?

Many Thanks

If you are in contract there would be a penalty for removing the TV completely and you can't be left with just the free stuff.  You can perhaps swap it for the entertainment channels which may be less expensive or perhaps change over to EE as I have heard there are some good offers for doing that and perhaps save elsewhere by looking at your package overall.

It's going to depend if you are in contract or not, I would call BT and they can go over your specific options

I got it when it was BT sports on Sky when it first started and when it was free with BT Broadband.

I don't have BT TV.

Ah I see, it's all going to depend where you are with your package and contract. I would contact BT and see what options you have, your contract is specific to you and not something someone on here is going to be able to comment too much on. If it's in a fixed term contract there will normally be a cost to cancel.

Be very careful if you do manage to change it as this will automatically resubscribe you for another two years contract .
