Anyone else had this? Works on iPad and phone but can’t log in to ps5. The technical management team are calling me tomorrow because customer service can’t resolve from 2 chats (30 mins plus each) and 1 phone call. Problem started when cancelled broadband with bt, then 10 days later subscribed for bt Sport monthly pass only with same email address so have 2 accounts linked to 1 email. 1 cancelled broadband and 1 current bt sport monthly, they de linked the accounts to resolve the problem and still didn’t work, anyone had this? Thanks
