<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
TNT sports and discovery + content not working. I’ve activated it. But it’s saying I have no active subscriptions. tried numerous times. Plus logging in and out of the discovery + app.
When you say you've activated it, what do you mean? If you watch the relevant video at www.bt.com/activate do you remember going through ALL those steps? Specifically the bit where it takes you to the discovery+ web site to create an account?
Through the old app it said to activate tnt Sport on discovery click here. Set up an account with them through the link provided. Followed the instructions on the video. it says active when I go to the manage your stuff section but then nothing is working
