So I had TNT sports via Discovery+ a while back and cancelled. When I arrange to join again on the 1 month rolling contract no matter what I did and even though it said activated I couldn’t get any sports to work - it kept saying I had to buy a Pass! Contacted customer service and after over an hour on the phone the lady said she had to unlink my BT ID account from the Discovery app account and I’d need to reactivate the package with a new discovery account and voila we got it working.
well that got cancelled and now I have joined agin on the £10 p/m offer only to find yet again, even though it’s activated, the Discovery+ app says I have to buy a new PASS to watch sports
please please can someone help me again and any chance stop this very annoying thing happening each time you cancel and rejoin? Bought this package 48 hours ago and still can’t access any sports 😞

Finally for working by using a 2nd account I had for Discovery+ which must have been the account we setup with BT when I had this issue previously 🙂
