When BT changed over to TNT my ultimate package ceased to work and now comes up with an error code and message when i try to renew/upgrade.
Can anyone help, thanks in advance.

It looks like you lost your 4K access by mistake when you changed TV package last June @GerardDela
I've fixed that now - please check again, and you should find that it works again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
