I need to be active on the premium tier, because I have TNT sports.

I called and one of the guides sorted it out.
I had to re activate and after the activation, I was on the discovery + premium tier.

For all BT customers with TNT sports subscription , who have been activated in the Discovery + basic tier instead of Discovery + premium.
Call BT customer service to have it sorted for you!
