My Father in Law pays for BT Sports on Sky, and pays for the HD channels on top of that. He can get Ultimate on Sky, as a result.
However, he cannot get Ultimate (4k HDR) on the App. Is there an issue between the two? Can't seem to pay for the ultimate upgrade either.
He's watching on the Nvidia Shield, which should play 4K HDR.
