Hi there I need some help
When I go on to my myBT to activate discovery+, my account isnt showing under my products, its only showing my old accounts. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I've done that, and my new account is now showing. But when I click on products, bills or usage it says 'Sorry we can't show your details right now' been like that for a couple of days. Any ideas??
