Met with an error message when trying to cancel BT Sport monthly pass through MyBT.
This has been the case for the past week.

I rang you today but I missed you. I left a voicemail to say that I had called.
I can get this all cancelled off with you but I need to speak with you first. I'll be here on Monday from 12.30pm until 9. I can happily give you a call any time between then that suits you.

I fixed the issue with your account for you and I'd like you to know that your subscription has been cancelled.
You will continue to have access to BT Sport until 01/02/2023. You can restart your subscription at any time in the future, by using My BT.
