access to tnt sports on discoverypolus when ordered through my bt account

bt said i could access tnt sports through discovery 1 2 3 and 4.no such channels appeared on my tv.there were channels for tnt sports but they all required me to pay a subscription.there is something missing from bt instructions to get access 

can anyone tell me what it is tks

When I did this via BT a couple of years ago you log into Discovery+ with you BT details and you then get access to TNT sports as well as every thing else on Discovery+ I did not log in to TNT sports direct

Sounds like you have not got an active TNT Sport subscription.

Welcome to the community.

If you log into the discovery+ app, it should link your accounts so that you can view the TNT Sport channels. Please give that a try. If it still isn't working, give our customer support team a call and they'll try and link them from our side.
