why am I getting a no satellite signal re TNT sports channels - all other channels are fine and I never had this problem before with BT Sports or TNT Sports

Which Sky box are you using?

With it turned on, try pulling the power for 20-30seconds and plug back in, let it restart and see if its now working.

There was an issue affecting the HD versions that has now been fixed, you need to unplug your Sky box for at least 5 minutes before restarting and checking the TNT Sports channels are back to normal.

The SD channels have moved transponder recently, but the Sky box should have handled that change without issue.

If it isn’t either of the above, then it is a potential dish misalignment and will need a Sky engineer visit.
