New BT TV customer, with the Big Sport package, my package has just been activated and I've noticed that the email that has been used for the NOW TV account is incorrect, so I am unable to sign up and use said account, and unfortunately I can't create a new email account with the address, as it's already in use.
What can I do to get around this and start using my NOW TV account as soon as possible?
