No as the main box is downstairs.
One box works fine and but 1 restarts everyday now doesn't work at all.
To be honest since we've swapped from sky to ee/BT we've had nothing but problems with the tv side of things. Wife tried to resolve over the phone several times but struggled to get anywhere.
Have you reported this as a fault @LiamC007 .
If the box has stopped working it will more than likely need replacing. Can you try swapping them over for testing?

After 5th time unplugging and retuning and listening to that welcome to EETV ad the channels and apps have returned
