BT-TV BOX PRO Resolution for HD

Which is recommended in the home settings on the BT-TV BOX PRO for a 42 inch LG TV LCD TV / LED LCD TV

720p or 1080p?

1080p setting would allow for highest quality depending on content being viewed. I'd suggest 720p is only offered for older LCD panels that so not support the higher resolution.

That model supports 1080p screen resolution and 60Hz refresh so leave it set to 1080p.

Thanks, so when you say leave it I take it you're referring to the bt-tv box Pro settings? 

Is it best to also leave the sync settings to 0secs?

When I checked yesterday the home tech guy when he installed the new Pro box left it at 720p so I changed it to 1080p, think he may have forgot about that.

The audio sync should be left as default unless you notice that the video doesn't sync correctly with the audio is this is normally only a problem with some older amplifers or HDMI ethernet broadcasting/extention systems.
