I've been trying to cancel by BT TV for ages I've tried talking to the virtual assistant but no luck there and I've constantly been trying to call but had no luck getting through. Overall I'd rather just cancel my entire package as it's charging me double with what I started paying.
@lisashelton if you have Twitter I would send BT a Direct Message about it. They are usually quite fast getting back to you.
Would also be best to avoid busy times of the day. Lunch times and after 5pm, I would assume.
