Ever since we moved the other week, I’ve had this error saying I’m not a TV customer, but I am. Live chat and phone calls don’t seem to be going anywhere.

The TV is connected to the router via a wired connection.

When you spoke with our guides did they open a fault for this? Did you get a fault reference?

No I didn’t get a reference. It seems to be a problem with the subscription.
