I had the entertainment package with Discovery Plus basic and then I added the TNT Sport add on.
I then later removed the TNT Sport add on and I have now lost all access to Discovery Plus basic since the downgrade took affect last Thursday.
I called BT on Saturday and they opened a complaint but now on my order history both have been closed and still no Discovery Plus basic, just an error 'content cannot be played - please contact provider'.
Hopefully someone can offer some advice on how to rectify this issue.
Making a simple change to my package messes up other things it seems.
