Discovery plus basic not working after removing TNT Sport add on

I had the entertainment package with Discovery Plus basic and then I added the TNT Sport add on.

I then later removed the TNT Sport add on and I have now lost all access to Discovery Plus basic since the downgrade took affect last Thursday.

I called BT on Saturday and they opened a complaint but now on my order history both have been closed and still no Discovery Plus basic, just an error 'content cannot be played - please contact provider'.

Hopefully someone can offer some advice on how to rectify this issue.

Making a simple change to my package messes up other things it seems.

Yes, I can confirm it ceased your current discovery+ service, instead of downgrading it. You can activate again via MyBT though - just remember to use the "Sign in" link in the top right corner when taken to the discovery+ site, and it'll link to that existing account.
