Just to say I have the same issue with the Discovery option.
On the Products section it shows that Discovery is part of my package according top the top picture but when I go to manage my TV product it isn't shown as an option to activate and only shows Netflix basic as the add on.
On my TV Pro box I have also noticed that I can get Eurosports channels, including HD ones on channels 412/413/435/436 which I never noticed before as channels I had as part of the package and I can switch to them and view them.

Yep, all present and correct and unlike before, I didn't need to upgrade my package either in order to sign up. a big 👍
If it helps anyone else, I found the link under "Your Monthly Add-ons" approx; halfway down the screen at Your TV | My BT after clicking on Manage in the TV product tile
Thanks for the feedback, Discovery+ shouldn't be showing as available for you as you currently don't qualify so we will have a look at why it is showing that.
Is there any chance you can put a screenshot of what you're seeing in this thread please?
