Downgrade VIP package out of contract?
Hi,
I'm out of contract on my VIP package, thought I could downgrade it (as I'm remove entertainment & movies using the flexibility thing) but am I right in thinking I can't do this as I'm out of contract?
Thanks

You should be able to swap packages through MyBT.

Re: Downgrade VIP package out of contract?
HI @murphy83
I believe BT currently say" If you have a Flexible BT TV service you can change your TV package once a month throughout your minimum term. Any changes to your TV package will be charged at the standard
price "
So i believe BT will look to start a new minimum term if you flex your package after your original minimum term despite you still being under a rolling contract.
It is unclear as to when BT introduced this restriction in their T&Cs .
