First identified all BT Sport and Sky Sports HD channels unavailable on Fri 4 Nov. Reported this over the phone that day, technician run through the software update but no change. Advised a further investigation was required within 72 hours, no change.
The screen on each channel shows the following message:
"xxxx" HD is unavailable. Please check if you can access this channel. IPC6017
NOW Entertainment monthly subscription charged to my account incorrectly. Email notification received but not the registered email address on my account. Spoke with BT on Fri 4 Nov on the phone, adviser said charges would be removed and subscription taken off account. Received bill today and charge is still on bill.
