Years ago I applied for a sports pass direct with Now and that was assigned to a @btinternet.co.uk address which is now defunct
I do not have the password for @btinternet.co.uk and cannot get a password reset for obvious reasons.
I have had the big sports package for a while with BT and have just upgraded to the full works and would like to watch some of the content on alternative devices to my main TV but having issues signing into the Now App.
Until now I have not used the app on my TV but when I did I found it already signed with that old email address.
Under my account details I can see the now membership (sports, entertainment and cinema all listed so that's all good and I can utilise the app.
However If I was to sign out , I would not be able to sign in again !
Please can you assist with linking my Now account with my actual address of @btinternet.com and keep all the account settings around now membership the same so I can watch as required.
I've been through BT online chat for a good couple of hours and was then directed to the Now bot which is worse that useless as none of the options I selected got me anywhere. Now phone support is only for broadband so another dead end!
