I'm attempting to add the NOW Entertainment membership free trial to my account but why do I have to add a tech expert visit to my order? I have no option to not choose this why?
I'm not looking to upgrade my box just change the add-on am I not able to do this without upgrading my box? ( I assume this will then renew broadband for another 24 months which I don't want).
Any help appreciated.
