NOW registered email issue

Hi,

I’m a new BT Tv customer and having an issue we’re my registered email which I supplied to BT on registration of my order is not recognised by NOW Tv log in screen.  It’s the same email address I use for my BT account and Netflix etc with no issues

iv rang BT Customer Services several times and been told every time to leave it another day and ring back.  Nothing is changing and from what I have read on another thread it’s clearly a problem and it can be resolved as other people have had the same issue.  I just need someone to take over ship of the problem and resolve it.

Really frustrating that I cannot access the content I signed up for 

If someone can assist me I’d really grateful

NOW registered email issue

Hello,

I’m a new BT TV customer and having exactly the same problem.  I am unable to register for NOW TV as it doesn’t recognise the email address I supplied to BT when I signed up

Welcome and thanks for posting!  I have moved your post to start your own thread as the thread you had posted on has already been marked as solved.

I am sorry for the problems you're having with your NOW email address.  Give my colleagues a call in the helpdesk on 0330 1234 150 and one of the guys should be able to help sort this out.

Feel free to post back and let me know how you get on chatting with them.

I spoke to them again today, advised it will be resolved.  Still unable to watch NOW TV

They have been able to send me my first bill which includes Now TV but they are unable to actually let me use it
