Hi, recently we got setup with broadband and TV but when trying to setup the TV service it fails with a BTP-15000 error. Looking online this seems to suggest an account issue.
Is anyone able to assist? I rang through to faults but this didn't end up with it working

Hi @petewymer, welcome to the forum and sorry you're getting this error.
Did the faults team tell you what the next steps were? They would normally refer complex issues to a specialist team to fix?
If not then is this the first time this TV account has been set up or was it working ok for a period before you started getting the error?
Is your BT TV box connected to the Hub via Ethernet cable?
