Now TV and Big Sport

Hi,

I recently purchased the Big Sports package upgrade, but it has been a couple of days now and the new channels still do not show up on my TV even when I try to update the software or retune new channels. I also have tried to set up the NOW account that my order summary says has been activated, but when I try to set a password NOW does not send me the email to do so. EE TV on my laptop also does not seem to register that I have an upgraded package now.
