Now sports channels can't watch via EPG.

Just upgraded to the BT Big Sport package so that I can get the NowTv channels on the BT box but so far can't access them.

When trying to access them via the guide (they all show up on the list) I just get told that they need setting up etc

Have got onto BT previously and was told there was an issue with the order and so the Sport package was cancelled and then reordered. They show up in the TV section when checking my account via My BT but as of yet can't access them via the EPG.

Have reset box/hub etc but no luck.

Any ideas.
