Unable to cancel Britbox add on

When i try and cancel Britbox in MyBT ,Your Products and Content Partners. Keep getting this error message below

Sorry you're having problems cancelling the Britbox. Our customer service will be able to help with that. You can get them at Contact BT | Call us or chat online | BT Help. If that doesn't suit then check your inbox for my message and drop me over the details.
