Okay I’ll try again.
I am unable to change my registered devices on BT TV app so I can watch my purchases.
when I access it via the app the 2 device slots are just padlocked and no indication of time frame.
when I access the web player app the top 1 updates every time and says 1 day and shows the time I look at it. This shown time changes to the time I look again each time I look ?! For example if I look at 2:15pm today it will say you can change tomorrow at 2:15pm … then if I look again at 3:25pm it will say tomorrow at 3:25pm 🤷🏻
the 2nd device just shows padlock like the BT TV app.
can someone reset my account or something so I can watch my purchases please.

Hi @Terry3333 Thanks for getting in touch with your details, I raised this with a specialist BT TV team and can see they got in touch this morning and fixed the issue with the registered devices.

Ya know I’m kinda impressed tbh.
Raised the problem here and you 2 got on the case….
Today got a call from BT OpenReach to ask me to check if it’s working as they had reset the device registrations.
All working spot on.
I always enjoyed being a BT customer and still wish they could have been more competitive price wise as it’s this type of customer service attention that I miss.
Anyway, thanks again to all involved 🙂
