Windows cannot login with BT TV player

Looks like my automatic updates were silently failing.

I've now updated to the latest available and can see "playready hardware drm disabled = false" in edge://gpu but still receive error WP035.

If trying to load via Chrome I get error WP921.

Any suggestions please?

We currently have a fault with our live service causing all on-demand content to fail with WP921. This is being investigated as a top priority.

Could you please try a live channel?  That should work OK.
