BT openreach and Sky

I signed up to sky broadband in November. They have been unable to install broadband as they have been waiting on BT openreach to carry out some work. Sky are now suggesting broadband will be installed on 4th March. Why are openreach taking from November to March to get this sorted?

this is a BT Retail forum and nothing to do with Openreach.  you need to go back to SKY and ask your question

BT Openreach do not exist. Its simply Openreach, who work for most providers including Sky.
