My home has always been residential. Sky says Openreach/BT says its a business address. They wont connect me to fast fibre. Who to talk to to alter this error????

Your current provider, which I assume is Sky. They need to raise it with Openreach.
Nothing to do with BT
It's possible that if the property was previously a commercial property and has been converted to domestic, it might need to have it's registration changed with the land registry before Openreach will acknowledge the change of purpose.
There is no such entity as BT/Openreach, the original post had a straight forward answer, if you want to order service with Sky and Sky state there is an Openreach address problem, that’s between you and Sky and Sky and Openreach , if you were a current BT customer ( and presumably you are not ) then BT could enquire that your address info is correctly matched with the Royal Mail entry , and if it wasn’t matched , get the error sorted , you could then leave BT and join Sky , but if you are not a BT customer, so it’s got nothing to do with BT, then the curve ball , Trooli , what has joining Sky got to do with Trooli, even if you are a current Trooli customer, that doesn’t concern Openreach based providers , it’s irrelevant, Trooli are an Alt Net , they don’t use Openreach , and Sky don’t use Trooli networks.
If Trooli don’t offer other ISPs like Sky wholesale access to their network , then what has a this alternative network/ISP got to do with anything related to Sky or Openreach addressing ? , if it’s a case you are with currently with Trooli , and are leaving them that’s fine , but why are Trooli emailing anyone about your address ?
