Broadband inquire in Market Street, Addlestone (KT15)

Hi,

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of installing fibre broadband infrastructure in Market Street, Addlestone, an area currently underserved by high-speed internet options.

Market Street comprises approximately 100 residential flats, all of which are potential customers for fibre broadband. Based on a conservative estimate of £40 per month per flat, this presents a potential revenue opportunity of around £48,000 annually, assuming a high adoption rate — which is likely given the growing demand for reliable, high-speed internet in residential areas.

Many residents in the area, including myself, are eager for faster and more reliable broadband services, and BT's reputation as a leading provider makes it a natural choice. However, due to the current lack of fibre availability, many residents are either experiencing subpar service or being forced to consider alternative providers.

I would appreciate it if BT could assess the feasibility of bringing fibre connectivity to Market Street. I am confident that the investment would be mutually beneficial, both in terms of customer satisfaction and long-term revenue potential.

Please let me know if a site survey or any additional information would be helpful in progressing this request. I would be happy to coordinate with other residents if needed.

Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.

This is a BT residential customer to customer self help forum and has absolutely no connection with Openreach who provide the infrastructure.
