Yes, I am a BT consumer/residential customer.
From the bottom line of About EE: (new launch 18Aug2023) "EE is part of BT's Consumer business unit which provides products and services to all of BT's consumer customers in the UK."
With the above in mind, just how much integrated are the BT digital voice and the EE digital home phone services?Do they share exactly the same virtual network, with the same software technicians dealing with both BT and EE customers lines.
This post is not a complaint or problem, I am just interested in how things work. I have searched BTgroup, EE and ISPreview sites with some success but since EEdigital home phone was only launched August2023 there is not much yet. Any links or information on this subject would be most welcome.
Underlying technology stack will likely be the same with some just some software configuration differences.
Support teams work closely together. Both BT Consumer and EE brands are under the same consumer line of business.
