FTTP Telegraph pole permission to install fttp

Go to solution

Hi

I live on a cul de sac in a bungalow currently on FTTC at the moment but Openreach are currently upgrading to FTTP in my area. My nearest telegraph pole though is in the front garden of the neighbour opposite and she can be a bit funny. When Openreach is ready to install fibre cables on that pole, do they need permission from my neighbour to access it or can they access it anyway. Thanks

@craggers82

If its in her front garden, then there should be a wayleave agreement in force, and that will permit Openreach to access the pole.
