Mess left on the street

Hi

A month ago BT visited my street and have sprayed a lot of multicoloured paint markings along the pavement and there's some mud/mess from concrete.  They spent 2 days doing work then left.  The heavy rain has not cleared any of the paint.  Is there a way to request BT come back to clean the pavement?

I realise this isn't the biggest of issues but it looks ridiculous

This has nothing to do with BT Retail.  it may have been openreach but there is no connection from here to openreach
