POA (Power of Attorney) support - many thanks!

Go to solution

I've just had some brilliant support from James (Jim  W) in Enniskillen dealing with my POA application. I am newly appointed for a family member and hence followed the instructions from the POA page. I received a call from Jim in the evening who guided me through the rest of the process (and an alternative in case of issues), along with email detail.

It has worked first time and I can now administer remotely. How nice to not only encounter a system that works but also have a reminder of how good BT can be.

Thanks again!

Trevor

Hi @trevwoody, thanks for taking the time to post your positive comments. I know Jim personally, as he works in our office, and I'm delighted to hear of the great service he provided. I've passed your comments to his manager so he can recognise him for his excellent customer service.

Cheers

John
