Porting number from Lyca mobile to EE
I went to the BT/EE physical store yesterday thought I'd been was helped by customer service to migrate my two year old Lyca mobile number to Ee. I gave them my PAC and my old mobile number and signed a two year Ee SIM only contract. I was told that my Lyca SIM would stop working in 24 hours and that my old number would be carried over to the new Ee SIM. However, while my Lyca SIM has stopped working, my number has not been carried over for some reason. Is there any advice I could get? Should I go back to the Ee store and seek help with the staff there?

Re: Porting number from Lyca mobile to EE
You need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/
EE are a separate company within the BT Group.

Re: Porting number from Lyca mobile to EE
Hi @SB8 I'd recommend giving us a call on 150, or 07953 966 150 from a non EE/BT phone, then a guide can take a look into this for you.
