Hello everyone, I'll spare you guys all the gory details but the TL;DR is I got treated like complete dirt by VM recently. I am looking to see how all of you would rate the experience of being with BT and their customer service. Including commitments to guaranteed speeds etc. I have my eye on a package which is a no brainer but I want to weigh my options more before entering a 2 year contract. Lastly, for better or worse be honest. Thanks.
If you do get any replies keep in mind that most people come onto this forum because they have a problem or complaint about their BT package.
Very few people come on to say they have had no issues or problems or sing the praises of BT.
Hello, thanks for the reply. I'm happy to listen to the good and the bad. That's a big reason why I'm trying to do some research prior to making any decisions. I will be calling BT today to ask a few questions and see how things go. How I have been treated by VM is unacceptable and I do not want to stay with them.
