Unable to access my private messages for no reason

I was having a lovely chat with StuartH and we were trying to fix the packet loss and ping spike issues with my current BT internet, and after running tests, back and forth giving evidence to show the packet loss and ping spikes happening where the internet just randomly drops connections to game servers, I have had my permissions to private message anyone on the site removed for no reason at all. Can I please ask why BT have taken away my private message permissions when I have never said anything against the rules and was just trying to get my connection problems finally sorted. The red picture attached is the one I get when I click on the URL to view private messages and also the envelope top right has disappeared which used to be there to access messages.

I doubt you have had private messages removed. It is more likely that there is a glitch with the system.

Log out of the forum then clear the history and cookies from your web browser and close the browser. Reopen the browser and try logging on and check if your messaging has been re stored.

It doesn't matter what browser I use, I've tried multiple devices and multiple different browsers nothing makes a difference as you can see from the red error message I've clearly had my private message permissions removed.
