passcodes

ive had one text and one email about passcodes i never asked for any passcodes and when i call BT all i get is messages on where to report different problems i need to speak to a person is this possible ? or is there anybody here that can help me at all?

only way to talk to a person is phone CS 03301234150

If you mean a PIN number, it could be a scammer trying to access your account. 

If you did not contact BT prior to getting the PIN you may receive a telephone call shortly informing you that it is BT calling and they will inform you they sent a PIN to verify it is BT and request that you recite the PIN to them.

DO NOT do that. If you do it will give them access to your BT account and email account. Just hang up the phone.

ive not asked for any pin numbers all i am getting is messages saying
Hello BT here your passcode is ~~~~~~to sign in securely

Did you try and contact BT either by phone or messaging prior to being sent the passcodes?

If not take note of what I have previously posted.

If you have then the passcode has been sent to verify who you are before BT will deal with you.

as I posted the number you quote is the BT CS number
