Hi, i would like help for my botech tv remote. We use it for our android tv and the botech box is called "botech wzone". it suddenly stopped working and the flash is red whenever i push any button, but it doesnt do anything to the box as if it isn't connected to the botech box anymore - meanwhile, the box works fine and the menu shows on the screen.
Keep in mind that i have followed all the required steps on the website, and that our TV remote does not have any number on it. ive also tried pushing for 10seconds or more various buttons but it doesn't reset anything.
