Re: BT blocking verification email from Chinese rail web site

You asked why an email was being blocked and you were told why and due to the fact you were in China and no doubt needed the conformation email without any great delay, was offered a solution to get the email without having to call the UK and wait for a solution to be found.

You then called the couple of posters “jokers” and again asked why BT was blocking the emails. You were then advised again what the reason was and you were given the number to call BT and ask them why the emails were blocked. At no point did you ask how to resolve the issue.

You then replied “You have nothing useful to contribute. Please keep out of the thread”.

Again it was reiterated by one of the poster that you should contact the number previously supplied and use a different email account. A new poster posted that the advice you had been given was good and to “take the pragmatic view and use an alternative email address”

The moderator then posts to get in touch with the email support team at the same number which was previously supplied to you at which point you thanked her for that then castigated the previous posters as being clowns and less than helpful.

As you have been in my opinion derogatory towards the posters I would suggest there is only one clown in this thread and it is presently waiting for a conformation email for a train ticket!
