Email attachments

Hi,

I am unable to send an email attachment via btinternet webmail whatever the size of attachment.

The option to send is greyed out.

I have cleared browser cache and tried different browsers (Firefox and Edge) also tried using a different account.

Any ideas please?

Welcome to the community.

As a test, could you try logging into BT Webmail through a private/incognito window please? Let me know if you're then able to add an attachment.
