Links within emails using BT Webmail

BT webmail strips out links on emails it finds suspicious including links to their own sites (as below).  If you download this to an external client like outlook these links are OK.  Anyone know a why round this to make these active via BT webmail as I cannot update some appointments I can only do via links sent to my email account.
